We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The incorrect product was delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn, with original packaging and barcode tag intact.
The return request must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Notify Us:
Email us at houseofsara.ae@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Approval:
Once reviewed, our Quality Control Team will determine whether the product qualifies for return or replacement.

Pick-Up Arrangement:
If approved, we will coordinate a reverse pick-up for the product.

Replacement/Resolution:
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and dispatch the replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Please Note

HOUSE OF SA:RA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

No Refunds or Exchanges Will Be Accepted For:

Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address.
Refused or unclaimed packages.
More than three failed delivery attempts.
Sizing or fit issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering).
Used, worn, or damaged products.
Minor colour or design variations due to lighting or handcrafted detailing.
Products that are not defective or damaged.
Jewellery without the original barcode tag or packaging.
